About Us
TTMA is a Japanese American company in Owensboro KY, established in June 2001.
We are a Tier 1 supplier for Toyota, and focus on making parts for the Highlander, Sienna and Sequoia, along with Subaru and Lexus.
Currently, around 200 different car parts are made in our facility.
Diversity
We like to pride ourselves on our diversity and inclusion with team members from all over the world. Working together, we discovered our differences bring us together. We have developed a unique department full of amazing translators, in Spanish, Japanese, and Burmese. Diversity makes TTMA a unique and amazing place to work.
Team Member Development
At TTMA 60% of upper management was promoted from the production floor. We believe that investing in our Team Members will make a major impact at TTMA and in community as well.
Through our Go Fame participation, we help our team members earn a degree as they work, and through our Tuition Reimbursement we encourage higher education. Here at TTMA it's more than a job, it is a career.
Making Changes in Our Community
As one of the three largest employers in the Owensboro/ Daviess County area, our community outreach projects have been a top priority for many years. We are always brainstorming different ways to give back to our community.
Through our partnerships with United Way, Oasis, Birthright, and Owensboro Self Storage, we are able to help the friends, neighbors, and families of the people we employee.
